Supercab Quarter Windows

I was unaware that the rear windows in the supercab contained regulators already equipped to roll down these windows!
To the OP, I too own a "basic", no frills STX supercab. I too installed a power door lock kit, and a power window kit for the front windows. Those same kits could be used for the rears if they have a outer gear tooth like the fronts do; from the picture WRSCPC07 provided, there's no room to add a handle to drive this regulator, but the torx bit method will work.
If you have the kit with the extra plastic door handle plug pieces, you could drill a slightly larger hole in the rear plastic, then use those spare plugs from the kit to cover the hole when not cranking it up/down. Or a trip to a hardware store for a simple plug.
I'll be investigating this for sure now that I know those rear windows are affixed to a regulator for a solution to a way to crank them up/down in a more permanant solution!

I'm still in process of installing the power locks and windows on the front doors. When I finish, I'm going to take one of those back door regulators out just to get a closer look at what could be done. If you get in there before I do bucko, please post your finding/ideas and I'll do the same.

I have been wanting to also do this for awhile, but I do not want to do a power window conversion. I want a permanent handle therefore have held off on driling the hole in my door panel until I find a solution.
Unfortunalty a standard handle is to large as Bucko and many others have stated, but I have found a picture of a large **** that I could retrofit to work as a permanent solution. Does anyone know where I can purchase something similar to this picture?
