As for rims, find those first before you pick your tires, I wish i would have. Rims for Fords (17 in, 6x135 bolt pattern arent cheap) I wish i would have gone with a 15 or 16 inch rim, now im having to wait a couple of months before i get my rims.
with the 2004 amd up F150s you can not go any smaller than 17 inches fir the rims...the size of the disc brakes wont allow it....

It's all done. The 2" Skyjacker Leveler is in. And the Super Swamper LTB 34X10.5X17s are on. PLENTY of room. And for the record, this configuration fits nicely on the stock rims...tires just barely come to the body (looks like no flares needed in states that require them when tires extend passed body)...no rubbing when turning.

Glad it's worked out for you. The truck looks awesome with the new tires.

Hey man, looks nice. How's the highway ride? Are they noisy?

Thanks guys. The ride isn't bad. I just took it on a highway trip. They hum, for sure. But not bad...especially considering the agressive tread. In a couple weeks they'll get their true test...deep snow and/or mud up in the mountains. I will say balancing them wasn't the easiest. But, they're pretty balanced now.
