Suggested tire size for 4.6 engine?

Anytime anyone plans on changing from stock height and tire size, they should also be budgeting to do a gear swap. That's something that's overlooked in almost all of the cases and is why there is any report of "power loss." It's extra stress on your transmission and you won't be doing yourself any favors by avoiding it. This isn't directed at anyone in particular, just some generalized information.

Thanks for the great info. I do plan to pull a trailer with my car on it from time to time. Won't be hauling much other than that. Mostly in town traveling back and forth to work.

Well guys, thanks for all of the great info. I have decided on 325/60/18. They are basically the same size as 33/12.50s. I got the Falken Wildpeak A/Ts. Still deciding if I want to put a leveling kit on it or not.
