Default Success! Driveway Passenger Exhaust Manifold

Wow. I'm beat. I just finished up replacing the passenger exhaust manifold on my 08 FX4. Managed to get all the studs out...almost. Broke the top stud of cylinder one.

I couldn't get a drill in there so an idea popped in my head. A 90 degree adapter for my Dremel!!! It was too tight for a standard drill bit so I cut it down to have room. Between the Dremel, modified DeWalt Cobalt bit and an EZ out I was in business! I used Fel-Pro gaskets and when I fired it up...music to my ears!

But THANK GOD THAT'S OVER!!!

I think I'd rather pull the Tranny/Transfer case out of my Jeep than do that again...
