Default subwoofer install question

I have after market radio with four speaker output. It does not have subwoofer output. I have purchased an amplified mono subwoofer with just one rca input. I have installed power etc. all except actual sound input. How would I do this? Do I tap into one of the back speakers?
Thanks

If your headunit does not have subwoofer outputs you need a LOC (line out converter) You can get a cheap one from Walmart or your local auto parts store. It will have wires that you tap into two of your door speakers. On the LOC it will have a subwoofer output. Connect that to your amp with a rca cable.

Ok......I am sorry for sounding naive but LOC taps into one speaker left or right (input)? The of LOC will have two rca outputs left and right. Subwoofer input has just one rca input mono. So I am a little confused. lol
