I didn't know Diamond made a shallow mount sub. I've had their other subs when I had an explorer and they pounded. In fact I gave them to my brother with a crossfire amp and he still has them. It's been about 5 years, still going strong.

I don't know if they have any either, the box fits the regular D3's with no problem
