My '07 f150 keeps throwing an ignition coil h code, I've replaced the plugs and the coils. It was good for a while but now it seems like twice a day it falls on its face! Any ideas???

Have you pulled the code to specify exactly what cylinder?

Have you tried swapping coils? See if maybe one went bad?

If it's the misfire code, it's just as likely to be the injector as the coil. Other possibilities are the wiring harness is damaged.

Swap coils with a known good, If the code moves, it was the coil. Otherwise, the injector is suspect.

pull the plug on #8 and inspect it...could of been cracked ..swap COP first like Postal told you to see if mis-fire code moves...what brand parts were installed ? did you replace boots and springs also ? did you use dielectric grease on the boot ends ?
