Default Strut spacers

Is anyone running 3" strut spacers and shackle drop brackets on top of a 6" lift? My main concern is my upper control arms hitting my strut when the suspension lets out. Any pics and/or opinions would be great!

What brand lift? If rough country I believe 1" is the max but with procomp fabtech etc you may be able to run a 3", I know your can run 2" on those.

I've had my rough country kit for about 6 months and just ordered some bilsteins the other day. When they get here I'm gonna add my 2 inch leveling kit, I'll let you know how it goes.

Let me know too, I'm very interested on doing it so I can fit 37s. I saw one guy on another forum put a leveling kit on top but I believe it was a 1". Supposedly rough country only used 4" drop crossmembers and a 6" spacer so pretty much 4" lift cranked.

Its a company called maxtrac ive never heard of them but its a lift/level kit so 3" in the front and 2" in the back. I dont know about you guys but my truck is already level so i was thinking of doing the spacers in the front and try to find a 3" block for the rear instead of the shackles.

If your 6 in has 4" rear blocks (probably does unless you have a high end kit) you probably should stick to the shackles. Stacking blocks is generally a no no, plus finding the ubolts for that combo won't be easy unless you have a buddy with a machine shop or some stout all thread

I have a 2" block in the rear now with a add a leaf. So i could find like a 5" block or have one made.
