Stock Wheel Offset Question
I have some stock 17" Alloy wheels with a 285/70/r17 tire.
If I wanted my tire to stick out about an inch, what kind of backspacing/offset combo would I need to go with? Im looking at some 17x9 wheels. Ive looked everywhere and I cant figure out anything. Thanks in advance.

I believe the info you want is on the 1st page of link. Whether your truck is 2wd or 4wd stock is 7.5" wide with 5.5" offset, so I think 9" wide rim is going to give 1.5" difference. You will need to make up .5" in order to have 1" sticking out like you want.
