For 120 bucks you can just install a aftermarket Bluetooth head unit and It will sound about 5x times better than your stock radio.

If I were you I would look into the Pioneer app radio.

that's what I was saying but thanks I might I hear good things about those. But will my speakers and everything be the same? I don't have money to replace speakers...

a pretty expensive touch screen head unit that allows you to put apps on it and control apps on your phone using the touch screen. You watch movies on it, use a back up camera. Satellite radio. Etc. In no way am I saying that it's not worth every penny. But they are costly unless you buy one used.
