I know of the sticky at the top of the forum and I have read thru it. Maybe I've overlooked where the sticky may have answered my question, or it just isn't there... but if one of you more knowledgable posters could help me out, I'd appreciate it alot. I was wondering... can I put a 18x10 rim on my 2WD stock setup? And if indeed a 10" rim will go, what is the largest tire that will work without rub? Anyone running 10's on stock 2WD? I was thinking maybe 275x60x18 for a tire. Thanks in advance.

Ok, you would know I would find some info on this right after I posted the question. I've found that the following has 10" within their Rim Width Range:
285x60x18 (31.4x11.2x18) Rim Range Width = 8-10 inches
285x65x18 (32.5x11.2x18) Rim Range Width = 8-10 inches
285x55x18 (30.3x11.2x18) Rim Range Width = 8.5-10 inches

This answers part of my own question, but if I did go with the 285x60x18 on a 10 inch rim, since the section width is 11.2", do you think this would rub on stock 2wd?

I wouldnt think theyd rub if it was leveled. im running 285/60/18s on the stock rims and i have plenty of room, and mine is 2wd leveled.

Good to know Fsufan... I'm just wondering if that 10" wheel will allow too much spread for the tire where it would rub with the truck having no lift at all. I suppose I may have to have the tire shop mount it and then check it on the turns. Anyone out there running 10" wheels on 2WD with no lift?? If so, what tire are you running?
