Default STILL GRINDS after flywheel & starter replaced

So, I had the symptoms of a flywheel messed up/starter, aka, the grinding.

Here is a timeline for ya:

-Truck grinds at start up, doesn't turn over. Try again, starts.
-New starter.
-Truck grinds couple weeks later.
-Couple months later, new flywheel.
-Couple weeks later, grinds.
-Couple months later, new starter.
-Couple weeks later, grinds.

So, what the heck is going on? Is there a chance the first new starter was messed up by the original flywheel enough to mess up the new flywheel?

Was the teeth messed up on the starter? How about the flywheel? Any missing/damaged teeth?

Sounds like the starter was not shimmed properly. Critical with any starter replacement.
