Default still get a rubbing sound after changing front brake pads

I changed my front brake pads about a week and half ago when I had some brake squeal going on, I don't get a squeal or any noise now when braking but I do get a sound like something is still rubbing when I am maybe pulling out of a parking space or going around a corner. I can only hear it mainly when at real low speeds. Rotors were not turned when I did the pads but the looked real good during inspection. I thought it may be that the pads still needed to be bedded more because they are new but it has been over a week. Are these rotors prone to warping? Any ideas here, its a killer on my back when I work on them, so I am trying not to have to keep going back and forth with the brakes. Thanks for any input.

Could be the material in the pads. Could be a bad manufacture on the pads. Could be incorrect pads causing something to rub.

Make sure your pads ain't turned around, metal side on the rotor, speaking from experience.

Might have a broken caliper piston.

Thanks all for the responses. I noticed yesterday that I am not hearing the noise as much, maybe the pads just took a little longer to bed than I am used to. I will keep my windows down when I leave for work tomorrow and see if the noise is still there.

I recently replaced pads and rotors on my son's Explorer and couldn't get the caliper back on over the bracket and pads. Was really scratching my head there for a few minutes since all the parts were correct. I ended up having a seized guide pin on each front caliper. If they don't move freely, one of your pads may rub on the rotor all the time since your caliper can't slide over. Just a thought and it's an easy fix depending on how stuck the pin is. It was a good lesson for me to remember to grease those pins every time I do brake maintenance.
