I would jack up the front end and grab a tire move it up down side to side and see if you hear anything knocking or feels loose

Nothing is bad I just changed all ball joints and alignment it's good I do know that my front left ( passenger side) shock is oem with 170,000 miles ( that I know of bought truck used) and my front right(driver) I replaced about 20,000 miles ago can it be my shocks are bad? I mean I know my front left is bad cuz they clunk a little when I hit a bump but can that actually cause the wheel shaking? But the truck dosent sag in the front or anything I thinks it's the insulators are bad and that's why they clunk but the socks looks ok the seal ontop isn't leaking nore it feels loose

That's why you replace shocks in pairs.
