steering wheel and ignition locked up

Default steering wheel and ignition locked up
i had my key in the run position and turned my wheel a little, which caused it to lock up, and now my ignition will not turn at all. i got the key out then put it back in and tried starting it, but its like everything locked up

Try turning the wheel while turning the key. Try both directions and try holding it in the middle (where the wheel is not locked to the left or the right).

Mine did that 1day I just wigled the the steering wheel back forth a whole bunch of times and it broke free

no it literally will not move. its as if it has been welded solid.
