I just replaced the steering rack about 4-5 months ago. Sway bar links is a good check as well....

Assuming balance was rechecked and links and rack are solid. Seems to be pointing to either lower ball joints, UCA, or tie rods. Just my .02
Maybe have someone rock the steering wheel back and forth while you check for anything abnormal.
