Default Steering shake

I have an '04 FX4, just had it leveled and added new wheels and 325/60/18 terra grapplers. Looks great, rides great, seems like everything is fine. However, when I am driving on the highway and hit a rough patch of road, the steering wheel shakes back and forth and inch or 2. The truck continues to track straight and no loss of controlling the truck. I know the tires are balanced because as soon as I hit smooth pavement, no problem. Smooth and straight. Any ideas on what might cause this? U-joints? Tie rod ends?
Is there a steering damper that fits the 04's with just a leveling kit? If so would this help?
Thanks

Whenever you lift a truck you need to get an alignment as the lift most likely through the toe off and are you sure the tires are balanced? I come from the world of Lifted Jeeps and slightly out of balance tires or an out of aligned truck always causes that. Get it aligned but if it still does it...Your tires aren't balanced properly.
