What climate zone do you live in?
Not bad, but I'd be taking it back and having them re-fill it with what the owners manual states, and at their cost of course.
Don't have an owners manual? Download one for free here and show it to them:

My company uses nothing but Fords And all our vans have 5.4's in them. They only use 0w-20 oil in them and never have I heard one make any noise or anything. We usually ha e little to no problems for 100,000 miles. Get new ones at 100k. We carry a whole lot of weight in them and only do oil changes like 3 times a year. And drive an hour or so each way to work every day. Ours run fine. The trucks we have are the same

No, the 0w20 won't hurt your engine, but I don't believe you need to run that viscosity/grade in colder climates either. We may have some Alaskans and Canadians here that can add their experience at a somewhat similar latitude. Reykjavik and Nome, AK are of similar latitude, though I realize that's not the absolute determination for weather/climate; just thinking owners in similar cooler climates might lend their insight.
I've always adhered to the factory recommendations and that translates to 5w20 from an all-season standpoint. Thus, I recommend going back to have them perform the change-out.
This is just one reason why I change my own oil; don't like having other folks touch my cars/trucks unless it's beyond my mechanical means and/or comprehension.

Thanks Dang, I'll just change it out.
Icelands very mild considering how far north we are, We rarely dip below -5 celcius in winter, and it rains much more than it ever snows here.
