Default Stalling

Just bought a 2006 F150 4x4 with 77000 miles .Recently it starts to shudder and stalls when it idles down. Shut it off and it will start up and idles fine. I put dry gas and Seafoam In the tank. Didn't help yet.Runs fine going down the road. Any Ideas. Thanks

After cleaning the TB/MAF, disconnect the battery so that the PCM can relearn its idle.

Thanks, I'll try it out. I worked on cars for years but gave up on the newer stuff.I also have a 2006 Mustang Gt. I'm 65 and my health is not good but I still like to learn.

Could also be the fuel module on your rear crossmember by the spare tire. They're prone to rotting out. Lots of posts on that if you do a search. Very easy check and repair if needed.
