Russel makes them if your truck was made before a certain month in 04. I purchased mine from J*'s online but found another site that offered a choice for A 6" lift. That means I could remove the extension brackets and put them back in the stock position, but I looked at it and couldn't figure out the stock routing of the hard steel lines.

Has anyone used the longer lifted set? If so, can you post installed pics?

I can probably exchange them since they sent me two front right lines by mistake but it might be easier to just use the extension brackets.
