My buddy is a mechanic and has been for 26 years. Does awesome work and does side work for cash.... I've had problems with my own vehicle where I could not pin point hte problem so instead of having a stranger fix it and rape me in the buttocks, I towed it two hours and dropped it off and had it back the next day fixed for $40.00. I can see if it would be interested in that if you are. He lives in Rogers, MN

I live up in Isanti. There are a few 4 wheel shops that come to mind.

In Forest Lake there is Waldoch which can do a full custom truck. They specialize in fords also I believe.

In Ham Lake there is Hooze 4x4. They specialize in lifts and what not. http://www.hooze4x4.com/

Also just up the road on 65 from Hooze is another 4x4 shop that I'm not sure of the name of. I think they get more into the fab work and what not.

Hope that helps.
