I recently had the main oil seal changed on my 2006 ford f150 because there was a small leak between the motor and transmission. I also had all the seals on the motor and transmission changed at the time. I am now having issues with the truck that it shakes violently when i turn on the truck, it stops shaking if i accelerate but once i stop it starts to shake again. Also if i push past around 40mph the car stalls and seems to want to turn off. I have changed the spark plugs and the spark plug wires, and checked the transmission fluid but so far no luck. I have tried to scan the truck for codes but the scaner shows no codes. Any ideas as to what could be wrong? Thanks

Engine? Did you or a shop do the work?

What motor? Assuming 4.2 if you changed plug wires.
