Default Squeaking and grinding noise

Hi I have a 2007 f150 2wd with 70,000 miles on it I had a grinding noise about 300 miles ago so I replaced both hub assemblies and that worked and now I'm getting this squeaking noise while driving and a grinding noise like metal on metal while turning left

Is it when you accelerate after a stop? And does the noise happen in reverse?

I currently have that same problem. I don't believe it happens when reversing. The sound is louder when accelerating from stop, however, it continues while driving. Not as loud, but still audible. I only changed the rotors.
