Sputtering issue. Anyone know what it is?

So i took it off and there was what looked like road salt and stuff and maybe a little "corrosion" on the back of it. Not nearly as bad as some people's seem to be that ive read about. Now i'm stumped

Changed my fuel filter, plugs, and coil packs havent had a issue since. Believe the cause were the plugs though.

Nice! Mine did the same thing exactly. After plugs and a COP or two a slight and intermittent miss/rough idle came back. Ended up being the MAF sensor for me. I had ready cleaned it when i cleaned the TB but apparently it had gone bad. Not to hex ya bit if it comes back perhaps that's an area to look
