Comercial PLowing will void warranty
You can check out with the plow manufacturers. You have to use a light weight plastic plow and use only for residential use, or you will void the warranty.
Check with a Curtis or fisher dealer for the spring upgrade. The F150 with the plow prep has a heavy duty suspension . I don't think the springs will fit your suspension. I have seen a commercial F150 with the heavy duty suspension package. The front end is alot beefier, with heavy duty rims, etc.
I checked it out back in 1/08, was disappointed.

The front suspension on the newer f150 trucks won't carry a 1000lb plow. It will go right to the bottom of the spring travel and there will be no spring action. Changing the springs will not help! It will have a horribly rough ride without the plow on. Trust me I've tried to do what you are trying to do. All the 04 -09 will take is a personal plow. They weigh around 150 - 200 lbs
