Also, there's a reason banjo bolts come with NEW washers. Rookie mistake...

I forgot to re-connect the auto transmission fluid line on the radiator and started the 4runner. That was a bitch to clean up.

I forgot to fully latch the hood on my Expedition after an oil change. Thankfully the latch held it until my wife could slow and slam it shut.
