Please post the correct Specifications for Torque for Head Bolts on a F-150 2004.

Tighten in a crisscross pattern to 30 ft lbs then an additional 90*. Loosen all bolts 1 full turn. Tighten again to 30 ft lbs in a criss cross pattern then an additional 90* then finish up with another 90*. That will put you at 90 ft lbs which is spec. I have done this with every mod motor I have built and never had a head gasket fail even with 23lbs of boost.

Stage 1: Tighten to 40 Nm (30 ft. lbs.).
Stage 2: Tighten an additional 90 degrees .
Stage 3: Tighten an additional 90 degrees .

The bolts are tightened from inside to out.
