Ditto on not needing 2 10's in our trucks, especially a supercab. Currently I'm running 6.5" Hertz components and 6.5" hertz for my rears. Kicker 350.4 for my speakers and kicker 300.1 for my 10" kicker comp sub. People get into my truck and thing I got 2 10's or one 12, and I'm like NOPE! *thumbs up*
Anyways, keep searching around, don't settle for anything unless ur happy with it. Hope this helps.

And I'm using 10 ga. wire from KnuKonceptz. It's about as thick as my thumb. It's huge.
How much are you looking to spend on the subs? i just bought 2 Type-r's for $250 from Crutchfield, almost half price. But they also have a ton of other subs on sale too.

I also have the Fosgate 6X8s, and they're great. I used the stock wiring harness, but I'm only sending them about 45w RMS.

I think I'm going to run the infinity kappa speakers now and the sundown SD-2 sub just one sub I read the reviews on both the kappas and fosgates and the kappa reviews are better so I'll go that route as for the 5 channel amp what would you guys recommend?

There are a million of them out there. I like my Kappa 5, I just wish the sub channel had a bit more wattage. In all honesty, you are going to want a 5 channel with the 5th channel pushing out about 500-600w @ 2 ohms. That way you can get a 4 ohm dual voice coil sub and drop the ohms on the amp to 2 ohms to get the most out of that channel. I'll give it a look and let you know what I find. Do you have a price range you are looking at spending for the amp?

For $500, I'd go with the Soundstream Reference 5.1000
It's got a 460w sub channel (at 2 ohms, get a dual voicecoil 4 ohm sub and run in series, I'll explain if you need help) and it's got 95 watts x4 for the door speakers. That will get you rocking really well. onlinecarstereo.com has it for $449 regular is $1000. It's a good amp and will sound really good with that Sundown sub. If I had it to do over again, I'd go with a different door speaker. You should look at the DB Drive S770's. They would sound AWESOME with that amp. They have a huge power handling capability too, I think they will handle up to 225 watts but their RMS power is only like 65 watts or something like that. They are about $160 a pair. I'm tellin you, The Soundstream amp, the DB's in the doors, and that Sundown under the seat will have you kickin *** in the sound department. Let me know how it works out and what you decide on! Oh, and BTW, while you have your door panels off, USE SOUND DEADENING!!! It improves the sound of the stereo a ton. Don't waste your money on dynamat, though, google "brown bread sound deadening" it's better than dynamat brand and cheaper. Let me know!

Thanks man. Before I joined the Army (at 24, mind you) I installed for a living. I still love doing it, I just like doing what I do now a lot more. I'm going to do an add on sub/amp integrated into my wifes factory GPS/Bose system inher 2010 Maxima in a couple weeks. Custom fiberglass enclosure tucked out of the way in the corner of the trunk so she doesn't lose any trunk space, and the amp will be mounted on the bottom of the rear deck so you won't see it too much. I think I'm going with a Sundown 10 and a Focal Solid 1 amp. Hifonics MX2 for the line level converter... We'll see how she turns out.
