Default Spark Plugs and Superchargers

I have a 5.4l 3v with a Roush Supercharger. I'm not sure when the engine was built so it might have the plug problem. I am currently at 43,000 miles when should you change the spark plugs on a Supercharged truck. The Truck got the SC on it at 40 miles.

It's probably about time. You have to change them a lot sooner on S/C engines from what I've read here.

How much should I expect to pay at a dealership to change the plugs? I heard It costs more if you have a SC

My Local Dealer wants 450 + 75 per broken plug that is unreasonable.
