Default Spark Plugs and Breaks

What is the average cost to have the breaks changed on an 04 150 4x4? And about how much would it cost to have the spark plugs changed?

If you only need the brake pads changed, you should give it a try yourself, very basic.
If for some reason you can't and need someone to do them, as long as you have the parts, a local shop will charge around $50-80 in my area.

As far as spark plugs, an arm and a leg, mainly because they are so prone to breakage. Minimum $500...

Go read the how to on the spark plugs. I have 435 in new pads/rotors/bearings on my 2wd. Rockauto ftw.

Brakes are very simple whether its just the pads or the rotors also because you have a 4x4. Look online and youtube and you can get instructions for it easily.

As far as the plugs go places charge an arm and a leg.. Most ford dealerships in my area charge $395 and $80 for each broken plug. This is also a pretty simple task to do, just read the sticky on it in the forum and then watch some youtube videos..

Alright thanks guys. I'll prob. tackle the breaks by myself but the plugs I'm just gonna take somewhere to have them done. Is there a certain good brand of pad and plugs y'all would suggest?

Stick with the motorcraft plugs.
As far as pads, you will get different suggestions. But read up on the HAWK LTS. They got me sold =)
