Spark Plugs

The SeaFoam is supposed to clean the carbon build up at the base of the plug so the carbon doesn't interfere. Not sure if that made a difference or not.
What I think helped the most was having a "warm" engine. Drove it home from work and let it sit for 30 min before I started. Granted the second plug broke but I had more trouble with the last four when it was cooler. The whole process took 3.5 hours.
I read a lot about using only MotorCraft because other plugs have issues after 20k miles. I had Autolites in mine and they seemed fine, but then again 4 broke while on my first change none broke.
I'll see what happens in 100K miles when I pull the Champions. If they brake I'll be using Motorcraft.
