Has anyone tried the ZEX power tune plugs on the 4.6 and what was your verdict good or bad

In my past experience, Motorcraft and only Motorcraft in stock/ish trucks. If blown or juicing that's a difference story.

The Motorcraft SP-515 is still the current part correct?

SP515 for the 5.4l, yes. SP514 for the 4.6l.

I read these zex plugs are good for bolt on performance parts they also make a different plug for boosted and juiced engines

Thanks for the confirmation. The only reason I asked was because all of the parts store web sites say they do not fit
