Default spark plugs

Man listen I finally tackled my spark plugs left side was a Bitch wires everywhere right was easy I was lucky and not one plug broke on me but while taking one of my coil packs off I broke the spring and had to shell out another 40 bucks on top of the 110 for spark plugs SMH.... Plus after I changed the coil car wouldn't start thought I needed new starter but just needed to go bring battery to autozone for a charge so overall 4 trips to autozone good thing its right down the road that was my day Haha

It is a huge pain.Did you replace with plug part # sp515 so you don't have to worry about breaking them next time?

One more thing it didn't seem to solve the slight shake that the truck has been like that for a while just figured it was the plugs I have the 5.4l so I'm guessing they all do that but just wanna make sure

Same here. Had very noticeable shaking in od at low rpms. Changed spark plugs and it took care of most of it but I still get a little shaking/hesitation in od and stops as soon as it downshifts or the rpms get up a little higher. Other than that it runs very strong. Hopefully someone has a solution. Hasn't thrown a code either

Fuel filter should be fine. I changed mine thinking it would help but didn't. I also cleaned the throttle body and maf but didnt help. I'm starting to think a bad coil or boot
