Default Spark plug lawsuit.

Has anyone received their settlement from Ford on the spark plug issue with the 5.4 engine? I mailed mine in Sept. 2015

Folks are asking all over, and no one has received anything yet from what I've seen.

From what I've been hearing Ford had the suit overturned as the plugs were "breaking apart as they were designed to do". Go figure...

I own a 96 Chevy Tahoe and the ford. To be honest the Chevy with the 350 runs really great but it consistently has something going wrong with it. The ford has done me great only one major problem and that was because of the plugs

Looks like they will start paying out soon...

if you read the actual payout percentages, the customer is still getting F#$%ed. You get some money back sure, but you still paid up the wazoo for plugs...glad mine's a brown boot!

You heard wrong!

As I said, no one has posted that checks have shown up yet. If it's like other settlements, they'll be processed in batches.

This lawsuit is an actual thing? Is there going to be a cam phaser lawsuit next?
I'm slightly doubting they're going to payout anything..
