Spark plug change. NO BIG DEAL

I would still like to see the results of a second spark plug change with the anti-sieze. I bought this truck at 108k and don't know if the change has been done. Is there any way to tell?

I did my plugs in a couple hours. No broken plugs, no stress, no dirty hands. I paid my mechanic at the Ford dealer to do it and saved my energy for other projects. Cost me less than $300. After the cost of the special tool, parts, potential for disaster, my time invested, I figured it was a deal.
If anyone is doing it the hard way, I suggest viewing episode 26 here:

It's not very entertaining, but a pretty good resource for anyone about to dive into this project.

I did not have any good luck changing my plugs . I bought my truck with163,000 miles on it and it had the original plug's in it . the guy I bought it from said it had 30,000 miles on it when he bought it and he had never did anything to the truck other than oil change's . the plugs were the first thing I did when I brought it home , only one plug came out . It took me about 7 hours to remove the 7 broken plugs.( was 20 degrees out side ) and yes I sprayed carb cleaner down in just like everyone stated above. it sucked . don't plan on doing it again
