Default Spark plug issue no broken plugs here

I have a 04 5.4L Lariat that has been some what good to me until now. I decided it was time to change the plugs out again since the truck has about 123,000 miles on it. The spark plug swap was smooth and all. I used autolite plugs. Now the truck falls on its face every time I get to a stop light. I tested the coils and everyone seems to be firing. I have run out of ideas. Does any one have any suggestions.

Some faults have to occur 3 times before a permanent code is provided. The better code readers will tell you a code is pending but wont tell you what it is. You will probably be receiving a permanent readable code soon if the truck continues to act up.

Sounds like you may have gotten a small vacuum leak on the idle circuit...have a look around the intake plenum and it will be a smaller hose...if was a big hose it probably
would die instantly after starting.... check to see if you have the clamp on the throttle body tight?????

Well the mechanic suggested the same as you guys said and switched the plugs out for motorcraft plugs. It ended up being a small leak from the TPS. Of all things I would have never imagined getting a leak from a simple spark plug change. Thanks for the replys guys.
