Well it has been well over a week after I have contacted the customer service head at snap-on, posted on all the F150 forums, called the dealerships, contacted A E hand tools about;Where is a video demo and instructions and where-with-all to remove the porcelain and this mysterious tool better work very well with ease in the worst spots back near the firewall. This mysterious tool is just a lie just like everything else I have heard about this truck and the spark plugs. That goes for this rotunda tool that does not work when a porcelain chunk is in the way. I am not going to dig out this stuff with a chisel or aircraft drill bit -forget it! As with all lies, another is needed to cover up the last one. I have heard a lot of hot air and bolgne when it comes to advice and so good "good ole boys" aka **** eaters who claim that they do this job but when it comes down to actually putting there money behind the mouth, You get nothing but dodged phone-calls and form letter responses. They can not change the plugs without removing the head and trying to charge yet another crooked $4000.
Ford, poeple trusted you and your F150 for generations. If the engineers were allowed to be this crooked at least there should have been some regulation on their stupidity. There is nothing worse then the combination of stupid and crooked. Ford, you guys went to far with bad engineering. Since there is no regulation against this, I want to say one thing. Thank god there is the internet because every duped customer should have the opportunity to describe his first repair experience with the vehicle that they have put their trust in so that new potential customers can be forwarned against purchasing this vehicle. Ford, If you guy don't straighten up this mistake that you made without unfairly charging your patrons thousands, I hope it sinks your reputation and I will be at the the heard leading the class action law suit. I am waiting for a method that really actually works in taking these plugs out. I am not pulling the heads!
In the time it took to write this odd rant, you could have had your broken plugs out with the Lisle tool.
