Default Load adjusting shocks

Anybody ever use load adjusting shocks? The reason im asking is when I tow my boat with my 2006 F150 Texas edition the rear end sinks a lot more than I like when I hook it up, almost 3 inches. Its not a heavy boat. Just looking for some insight, thanks

Airbags is the answer.

Try the Airlift Ride Control or Firestone kits.
