Oh yikes that's quite an arc. How'd that happen? That much of an arc could've messed up anything. Sounds like it's running really rich. Guess the shop will figure it out though. Hopefully it's not too bad

If it arched that hard something has a lot of pull from the battery. Let us know how this turns out. Good luck.

Thanks. Its at the shop. They should figure it out. I had no code, no blown fuses, no bad relays so I was about out of luck.

Of course the mechanic goes out and starts it this morning and it doesn't do it....typical.

Its not a fuel issue as it would not have white smoke, it would be black or at least a dark grey.
White is a coolant issue.
Blue is oil.

Regardless of the smell, the colour of something burning does not change.

A fuel issue can absolutely be white. I'm not sure what you are saying? I know what coolant, gas, oil, diesel, and everything else burnt or unburnt smells like. Its gas.

Also if it was a coolant issue, it wouldn't stop happening intermittently. The shop says its not doing it. My coolant level hasn't changed and theres no fuel or oil in the coolant.

Its very clearly a fuel feed issue.

the shop is telling me it isn't smoking or doing anything weird. I'm about to head to pick it up.
