Some what new lol
Hey guys whats up? In a few days i will be saying good bye to my old 99 f150 reg cab xlt 2wd and saying hello to my new 04 f150 super cab xlt 2wd its all stock anything i should do right off the bat?

Drive it.
Maybe maintenance items to perform, such as an oil change, rear differential fluid change, automatic transmission fluid change, etc.
Unless you have records to prove prior maintenance, I'd look into doing these mentioned items for piece of mind and longer truck life.
