wxmcpo....I note you said you were from Honolulu.....

Would you guess that we have a Christmas basketball tournament here in Bristol every year, and this year we have a team here playing in it from Iolani High School?....

No....I don't have an AAL on the rear end to my knowledge...although I did buy the truck used from a carlot, so who knows for sure. Does it sit up higher than most? I haven't really paid attention....

The second picture you attached made the rear end look like it was higher than most, it might have just been the picture though.

Actually you can't see it unless you're right up on it and intentionally looking for it. Most people who see it think it's a replacement grille.

Is it cut out to show the oval or did you bolt it on the grille

No there's a cutout where the grille just goes around the oval that's on the honeycomb grille behind it.
