Badass van man, and to answer your speaker installation question snopro31 , All 04-08 150's have that "plastic piece" that does snap off and then back on, but only in the front.. if you have a super crew or Super cab you must remove the entire rear door panel for the rear.. It's not hard either, if need be I can send you detailed instructions on how to do it. Hope that helps

Thanks for the info.

I will wait till Spring to do it. Its too cold to be taking pieces apart (-20C) and don't feel like paying ford prices to get new panels. But I like the idea of the front just snapping off. BUT why ford why not the same for the back.

lol. Because if everything were convenient it'd make too much sense!, I assure you though the rear panel disassembly is not hard, takes about 5 minutes per door.

Here is a pic of my Pioneer headunit. As for subs, they are still stock, but I will be getting some new ones soon.

I was curious, it is any harder to take the h/u out with the digital temperature controls? I have been doing a lot of hemming and hawing about changing mine out for my alpine h/u. Also did you have the factory 6-disk CD Changer? because that kind of scares me a little to mess with.

No it's not hard to take out with the digital temp controls. The wood grain pops off and there are a few bolts holding in the factory 6 disc. Pull that out and the new one goes in. You do have to buy a dash adapter because the aftermarket stereos are smaller than the factory one.
