I got my set from eBay for just about that same price, $120. They arent true harley's but I couldnt tell a difference. I love them. I'm sure the depot ones are unnoticeably different as well.

Be careful with the 120 dollar ones from ebay. When you get them, put another seal of silicone or another sealent around the seal to make sure moisture doesn't get in. Moisture already got in my passenger side yesterday and I'm pissed. I'm going to try and vacuum it or something and put another sealent around it.

There's a guy selling is OEM Harley davidson headlights for $200. I was wondering if its worth it for $200 or I could buy the replica for $120.

I just got a set off Craigslist. They look great and installed way easier than I thought they were gonna. Think the only difference is the reflector on the outer edge. Harley's I think are amber as mine is a carbon fiber look. My buddy just got a set off ebay but his are ALL black (including lense assemblies). Went for a ride lastnight with him, you cant see a damn thing. Here's a pic of mine $40 plus mine in trade (was trading in his 06)

go with the harley headlights they look sweet and thats a good price for them if in good condition!! i had the smoked headlights and they looked awesome but you def need to run an hid kit with them because it really dims your headlights down prob 50% of light is lost and thats including with the highbeams on!
