Default Smoke coming from transmission dipstik

I changed out my o2 sensors last weekend. Driving it around all week. Just recently it started leaking transmission fluid all over the catalytic converter and over filling the transmission with fluid and smoke every where. Any ideas or help would be great. Id hate to take it to a mechanic.

Is this fluid red (transmission oil) or brown (engine oil) you are seeing?

If it's brown, you may have an engine rear seal that's leaking.

Please describe the oil color. If it's transmission fluid leaking, I don't understand how it could be "overfilling the transmission with fluid".

It's red tranny fluid. It's weird because it'll look over filled on the dipstick. Other times it'll be just right. But it all started after I changed the o2 sensors. I checked to see if I knocked something loose. But all i did was twist the tranny tube over about 1/4 turn.
