One piece driveshaft, same solution. Get the teflon grease from your Ford dealer. This fixed this exact problem on my 05 Lariat 4x4.

I would think that too, but mine caused a shudder only when taking off from a stop that felt like engine misfire or a weight shifting in the rear of the truck. Lubing the drive shaft yoke splines fixed it.
