Default Shuddering/Jerking at 40-45mph

I am cross-posting this from NHTOC in hopes of a better response.

I have noticed in the last month or two a shudder or jerking if you will when the truck is at cruising speeds around 40-45mph. My initial thought was a bad u-joint or tranny mount (usual suspects), get under the truck give it a once over and shake both drive shafts, no play anywhere. Mount looks good on the tranny and had very little give when put under force. Tranny shifts thru all the gears fine, never been a problem anywhere. Just this slight jolt, almost feels as if the truck wants to go in and out of two gears and can't make its mind up. Could this be the case? I don't think it is anything major, but just odd to say the least.

FYI... 2007 HD N/A AWD just a hair over 20,000 miles. No performance mods/upgrades save for a K&N cold air intake.

I kicked the OD off, and I am still getting a similar issue either way.
