I replaced plugs and coils. Runs like a charm now! I will not be trusting the service record I was provided

I wouldn't discredit your whole service record based on one misfire. Things happen... Sometimes a plug gets broken on install and doesn't start acting up till a few miles down the road, coils fail over time, etc.

Glad you got it figured out and are back on the road!
