Hey guys, I have recently installed an hid retrofit into my truck. I also have a pair of driving lights stuffed into my procomp lift crossmember.

I find with the retrofit, the lighting is so great that I don't find I need my driving lights really at all. I currently have them wired using the highbeam as a switched relay trigger.

I want to keep them in case whatever reason my hid kit has a failure and I'm driving far from home but would like to have them working still off the highbeam as a trigger but use the switch to turn them off if I don't want to use them still.

I have some thoughts of where I want to go with my switch panel, I like the newer superduty and raptor upfitter switches, but trying to figure out where to put it. I like the idea of having many more switches as id like to add a front e-locker in the future as well.

I think I would like to put something like this in the middle of the dash where the bottom cigarette lighter would be. (This is a non fx4 center console truck).
Does anyone have any pictures of something similar they have done to their trucks?
Thanks!

Any update on this? I am thinking the same thing. I have the Laramie center console. I was think of using the switched from a super duty and the wire harness.

You can buy things similar to this all day, everywhere.

I installed a set of rigid switches on either side of my cigarette lighter. Might not be enough switches for you though. You can buy a raptor upfitter switch online, but I think they are kind of pricey. You could try a junk yard for one off a superduty.
