I was in the valley visiting family when I left the truck with them to get the work done. They have a stellar reputation and I have folks in my family that have had work done there. He gave me a deal I couldn't pass up and they all treated me with respect and with excellent customer service. Both of which go a very long way with me. But to answer your question, yes anyone in Houston could have done the work.
