Default Should I do a transmission flush?

Ok I just got my 2004 F150 FX4 5.4 and it has 109537 miles on it. The last owner had it for 2 years and never did anything but oil changes.
Do you thing I could damage anything doing a transmission flush the right way with the correct fluid?

Good question. How does the fluid looks now? Red? Black? Burnout?

If the fluid is no that bad, I'll do a flush.
If is bad, I'll do just a change first and see what happen, then maybe I'll go with a flush.
If the fluid is really bad.... Then I may not touch that....
